These garden
gems contain fresh produce in combinations you can only imagine.
All salads feature romaine lettuce mixed with spinach and other
greens. Additions can include: chick peas, corn, sweet peas, fresh
sweet peppers, roasted peppers, onion slices, cucumber slices, tomato
wedges (or cherry tomatoes), carrots, orange slices, apple slices,
nuts and fresh herbs. Boiled eggs or cheese can be added per your
request.

Italian-Style
Meals
These include
our meatless eggplant parmesan and meatless lasagna, as well as
our specialty vegetarian cacciatore sauce (tomato sauce with mushrooms,
green peppers and other seasonal vegetables) served with your choice
of pasta. These meals can be enhanced for vegans using soy-based
cheeses and/or incorporating additional grilled vegetables in the
layers, such as grilled summer squash, grilled zucchini, or even
sauteed spinach, kale or escarole.

Mediterranean
Pitas
These healthy
pita sandwiches combine our Mediterranean Mezze and sandwich-style
pitas for a complete and satisfying meal. Choose from regular or
whole wheat pitas stuffed with hummus, tabouli or babaghanoush.
Garnish can include lettuce, tomato, olives, roasted peppers or
other vegetables, per your request.

Ground
Soy Chop Suey
This is an American
spin on the classic Chop Suey Dish. Composed of onions, peppers
and celery sauteed in olive oil, with flavored ground soy added
in for texture. The whole dish is them simmered in a spicy tomato
sauce (it can be made spicier or milder depending on your tastes)
and is served over spaghetti noodles. Believe, us, it tastes delicious!
